You clean film; will you clean my slides before transfer?

No you are responsible for the cleaning of your slides. You must also make sure that they are in the correct order and orientation.

How much film will fit on a DVD?

A DVD will hold 2 hours of film.

I have a DVD from overseas; can you convert it to this region?

Changing regions as well as copying commercial DVDs violates copyright laws, therefore this service is not offered.

If you splice my reels together, how will I get them back?

After splicing and transferring your film, you will receive the larger reels in storage cans along with the empty reels and packaging.

My videotape is damaged; can you still transfer it?

We will attempt to repair the tape and transfer it. Due to the delicate nature of tape, the success of the repair and quality of the transfer cannot be guaranteed.

I have tapes from a camera I bought while living overseas, can you convert it for US viewing?

We can convert your foreign tape format from PAL or SECAM to NTSC for easy viewing in the US.
