There is a $125.00 fee for this course. Free seminar tickets do NOT apply to this course. Registration must take place in person.

 

Learn the basics of your camera’s exposure modes, flash modes, and photo composition. We will explore the use of apertures and shutter speeds and their affects on “Depth-Of-Field” control and Motion control (Both stopping motion and giving the appearance of motion). We will also exam those principles that constitute a good photograph such as composition, formatting your subject, and the basics of using light effectively.  There will also be shooting assignments to insure your understanding of the lessons learned.


If you can adjust apertures and shutter speeds on your camera, this course is for you! This class has a fee of $125.00 for the 5 weeks of instructions.  This course can be taken alone or as the series.

Click College II

Class fee for Click college II is $125.00 ($75.00 if CCI was taken). Free seminar tickets do NOT apply to this course. Registration must take place in person


Learn the more advanced use of your camera in this course. We will continue our exploration of exposure, the “abbreviated” ZONE SYSTEM, metering techniques for digital cameras, etc. We will also discus proper lens selection including focal length, “field-of-view”, and lens perspective vs. viewing perspective. Other topics include White Balance, Histograms and their interpretation, and shooting in “RAW” vs. JPEG.  Shooting assignments will also be given to insure your understanding of these topics. This class has a fee of $125.00 for the 5 weeks of instructions. However, if Click College I was taken, the fee for the course is reduced to $75.00


This course can be taken alone or as the series.

Nikon D5000 Camera Class

Attend this camera class and get an introduction to the award winning D5000. You will learn to use the most common features and controls, menu navigation, built-in editing features, and even semi advanced auto focus operations. You will also be informed about accessories that can enhance your D5000 and style of photography.

 

This class is free with the purchase of a D5000 from Click Camera, otherwise $50 per person. Seating is limited – Please call for reservations!
